Return & Exchange Policy: If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, Koo-Koo Kidz will be happy to
accept a return up to 14 days from receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all tags
attached. Returns must be postmarked with 14 days of receipt
of the item(s). Shipping & handling fees are nonrefundable.
Sale items, custom, personalized and monogrammed items are
not returnable. NOTE: It is always best to send your package
back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.). We
cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot
be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange
until it has been received.
